- 4 small skinless chicken breasts
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 bell pepper halves of various colors, diced
- 10 ml (2 teaspoons) chopped garlic
- 1 jalapeño, seeded and chopped
- 1 packet of 24 g taco seasoning
- 1/2 can of 540 ml black beans, rinsed and drained
- 180 ml (3/4 cup) corn kernels
- 1/2 jar of 450 g processed cheese spread (such as Cheez Whiz)
- 180 ml (3/4 cup) salsa
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) 15% cooking cream
- 30 ml (2 tablespoons) chopped fresh parsley
- 2 Italian tomatoes, seeded and diced
